These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Slate Sourdough website at https://slatesourdough.com ("Website") and the services provided by Slate Sourdough. By using our Website and services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Slate Sourdough

Slate Sourdough is a small-batch organic artisan sourdough bakery located in Downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma. We offer in-person sales, pre-orders, and catering/event services.

2. Orders and Purchases

Pre-orders are placed through our third-party ordering platform (Kawsty). By placing an order, you agree to pick up your order during the designated pickup window (Thursday–Saturday, 8am–2pm). Unclaimed orders are forfeited. Refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup date.

3. Event Bookings (Cinny Roll Cart)

Event bookings require a signed agreement and deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date are non-refundable.

4. User Data and Privacy

5. Non-Personal Data Collection

We use web cookies to collect non-personal data for the purpose of improving our services and user experience.
